This week’s inspiration comes from Mexico. We’ll be serving up tacos al pastor. The meat is marinated in guajillo chiles and slow cooked on the barbecue.

I just checked the weather for Thursday and it doesn’t look good (high of 12 and rain). We hope this menu will, at least, remind us that heat and sun actually exist somewhere (e.g Montego Bay where it’s supposed to be 31 this Thursday).
