Yes, you can cook tacos on the BBQ

This week’s inspiration comes from Mexico. We’ll be serving up tacos al pastor. The meat is marinated in guajillo chiles and slow cooked on the barbecue.

An attempt to kick start summer

I just checked the weather for Thursday and it doesn’t look good (high of 12 and rain). We hope this menu will, at least, remind us that heat and sun actually exist somewhere (e.g Montego Bay where it’s supposed to be 31 this Thursday). But no matter what the weather is, this menu will heat you up. We’ll see you at the Grand Market this Thursday from 4-8pm.
